Motor Court (RV Park) Agreement Form

Thank you for your interest in staying at A Shore Venture’s Motor Court (RV park). Please complete and submit the form below to request a spot(s). Once received, a representative will contact you to confirm availability and collect full payment in advance to guarantee reservation.

  • NO THIRD PARTY RESERVATIONS ACCEPTED. Guest completing form must be on-site for entire stay unless special permission is given in advance. Guest requesting stay may be asked to present valid driver’s license prior to check-in.
  • *If you have additional guest(s) and/or pets, advance approval is required to book a reservation.

  • *-Rates will be confirmed at time of reservation/payment with the completed form.
    * 2 night minimum on weekends. 3 night minimum over holidays.
    * Check in between 2pm-7pm. Check out by 11am.
    * Additional convenience fee may apply for late check in or late check out (if available).

  • III. Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the rules below and posted park rules.

  • 1. Reservations are limited to twenty-one (21) consecutive nights per visit unless special consideration is given. A separate long term rental agreement may be required for stays over 21 consecutive nights.
    2. Limit (2) vehicles per RV slot. This includes golf carts and side by sides. Arrangements can be made, if necessary, and based on availability, to park additional trailers, boats, etc. off-site at additional expense. No parking, driving, placing rugs or tents on grass. Park on concrete or shell drive only.
    3. Single-family only per RV (2 adults) unless advance approval is obtained in advance. If you have more than 4 children under 18, let us know and we can make a determination prior to accepting a reservation.
    4. Day guests (7 am-11:30 pm) can access common area for $5/day per person. Must pay in advance. There is a quiet time between the hours of 11:30 pm and 7 am. There shall be NO generators, loud music, or excessive noise that can be heard from a distance of at least 20 feet. Offensive guests and/or parties may be cited and/or evicted.
    5. All RV units shall be licensed, insured and highway-ready.
    6. All trash shall be bagged and deposited in designated waste containers. Please keep your site clean and presentable.
    7. The common area (fire pit, deck, two venue BBQ pits, etc.) are for paying park guests only. No BBQ pits allowed on any wooden decks/patios.
    8. Use of park water to wash vehicles/RV’s/boats is prohibited.
    9. There are no laundry or bathroom facilities on property. Unit must have full hookup capability for water and sewer. Each spot can accommodate 20/30/50 amp service with water and sewer hookups.
    10. One pet per reservation allowed unless special permission (in advance) is given. All pets shall be leashed while on the property. Certain breeds are prohibited. The guest shall clean up any ‘bathroom’ deposits (number 2) or pay an additional $20 fee.
    11. For private group events at the park, group is responsible for special event insurance naming ASV and its agents as additionally insured. All private events (including weddings, family reunions, social clubs, etc.) must be booked through A Shore Venture. All party rentals (tables, chairs, linens, décor, tents, etc.) for private group events at the park must be booked through A Shore Venture, based on availability, at additional expense.
    12. Ask about discounts for beach toy rentals (kayaks, surfboards, paddleboards, beach games, canopies, beach chairs, party rentals, etc.) through A Shore Venture.

  • IV. CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellation requests must be made and confirmed in writing by e-mailing ASV at [email protected]. The date of e-mail shall determine date of cancellation.

  • 1. Full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee if canceled more than a calendar month in advance.
    2. 50% refund minus a $10 cancellation fee if canceled less than a calendar month but 14 or more days in advance.
    3. No refund if canceled less than 14 days in advance.
    4. No refund for inclement weather UNLESS mandatory evacuation is ordered for Galveston County. If under voluntary evacuation, ASV may, at their sole discretion, offer rebooking for a future date at no additional cost based on availability.
    5. ALL CANCELLATIONS will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
